Please note that all Club Shop orders are custom-made and follow a group production schedule. Delivery is estimated to take 5–6 weeks from the date your Club Shop closes, not from the date your order is placed.

Important Information
If your order contains items from multiple Club Shops, please be aware that each club may have different closing dates and production timelines. As a result, your items may arrive in separate deliveries.

Import Duties & Taxes Disclaimer (Ireland to UK Orders)
Please note that all orders shipped from Ireland to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, and other customs fees as determined by UK Customs.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Duties and Taxes Responsibility:
Any customs duties, taxes (including VAT), handling fees, or other charges imposed by UK customs are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the goods.
Customs Clearance Delays:
Delays in delivery may occur if your package is held by customs. We have no control over such delays and cannot predict how long customs will take to process your package. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local authorities regarding any potential delays or import restrictions.
Refused Shipments
As our products are custom-made, they are non-refundable. If you refuse to pay applicable customs duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to us, no refund will be issued. Additionally, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and administrative fees.
Agreement to Terms:
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the above terms regarding import duties and taxes for shipments from Ireland to the UK.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any personalised or custom-designed items.
Custom-made/Personalised items include any products created specifically for a club, school, or business that feature a crest, logo, or other unique branding—regardless of whether they include personal initials or names. These products are made to order and are not held in stock. For this reason, they cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect.
